What gets commissioned for business use

Office openings and home dedications

Mezuzah cases in 925 silver with the company logo on the back of the case and a dedication line on the wooden presentation box. Most office runs are six to twelve cases. Founders order one for the lobby and matching cases for early employees the same week.

Partner milestones and retirement

Sterling kiddush cups, hand-engraved on the foot, paired with a printed dedication card and a wooden box stamped with the company name. The cup outlasts every other corporate gift the recipient has on the shelf. Single piece is fine, eight pieces is more typical.

Bar mitzvah and bat mitzvah programs

Schools and youth programs commission tefillin and tallit sets in matched packaging for graduating cohorts. The bag is embroidered with the program name and the year. We have done runs of twenty in eight weeks for a single program.

Donor appreciation and synagogue dedications

Decanter sets in silver, kiddush cups in pairs, and engraved seder plates for major donors. The dedication runs on the underside or on the certificate, never across the visible piece, so the gift reads as a piece of art first and a thank-you second.

End-of-year and anniversary recognition

Decanter sets and shot glass sets in silver. The set on the desk or in the conference room sits in the recipient’s eye line every day for years. We engrave the anniversary date or the project name on the underside of the decanter.

Common questions

What is the minimum order for branded business gifts?

There is no fixed minimum. Most multi-piece runs start at six pieces because that is the order size that justifies dedicated tooling for engraving, packaging, and certificate of authenticity. Single-piece commissions for a founder or board member are also welcome and priced separately.

How long does a multi-piece run take?

Twelve to sixteen weeks for a run of six to twenty pieces in silver. Longer if the engraving is complex or each piece carries a different name. We confirm the timeline in writing before payment so a board meeting, dedication date, or annual gala stays on schedule.

Can you engrave a company logo?

Yes. We accept vector files (AI, EPS, SVG) and convert them to engraving plates. The logo can sit on the silver itself, on the wooden presentation box, or on the certificate of authenticity. We send a digital proof and a sample piece for sign-off before producing the full run.

What pieces work best as corporate gifts?

Mezuzah cases for office openings and home dedications. Silver kiddush cups for partner milestones and retirement. Tefillin and tallit sets for bar mitzvah programs. Engraved decanter sets for end-of-year and anniversary recognition. Most clients pick one piece type for the run and personalize per recipient.

Do you ship to multiple addresses?

Yes. Provide an Excel or CSV with the recipient name, dedication text, and shipping address per piece. We pack each gift individually with a personalized card and ship to the addresses you list. Express shipping is available for time-sensitive runs.

Can you match an existing brand color or finish?

For metal pieces, we work in 925 sterling silver, gold-plated silver, and brass. For leather and textile pieces we match Pantone references. We send a finish sample before the full run so the brand color is locked before production starts.

What is the price range for business gift runs?

Engraved silver mezuzah cases start at $400 per piece in volume. Sterling kiddush cups start at $850. Tefillin and tallit sets in custom packaging start at $1,500. Multi-piece silver decanter sets and large dedications run $2,000 to $8,000 per piece. Quote depends on metal weight, engraving depth, and packaging.

Will the recipient know it was custom made?

Yes. Each piece ships with a signed certificate of authenticity that names the artist, the workshop, and the dedication. The presentation box, the engraving on the piece, and the printed certificate together make the commission obvious. Recipients keep these for decades.

Send the recipient list, the dedication text, and the date on the calendar. We come back with a fixed written quote in two business days. Start the brief.
